Mariel recently purchased a brand new Ford E150 club wagon in black. She used to own a Chrysler Town & Country, but recently has been giving her problems. Worse, the van breaks down at times when she’s rushing to work or meetings. She once experienced waiting at the Tomas Morato area for more than 30 minutes for her driver, which she eventually found out that the delay was caused by the van that wouldn’t start at all. Thus, she took a cab to the PBB house and asked Zanjoe Marudo’s driver to drive her home. So just last week, she decided to get this new E150 for her daily service. Mariel clarifies though that she won’t be giving up the Chrysler van anytime soon. According to Mariel, “Love ko ‘yun kasi kumportable ako, maski na malakas sa gasoline, gusto ko pa rin ‘yun.” (I love it ‘coz I’m comfortable when using it, even if it consumes too much gasoline, I still like it.)
